if u have forgotten the passwords and key unlock code all you have 2 do is ake is 2 a phone shop and they will reset it. it means all your pictures and things will get scrubbed but i tmeans u can start using ur phone again. the reset is free. hopefully i have solved some of ur problems. angela

Mobile switching off during access to Inbox Annette
Quite a few people that have posted on here are in trouble when accessing their inbox on their VK530, where their mobile switches off. I had the same problem! Luckily it was still under the manufacturers warranty so I looked in all the paperwork and found a phone number. I rang it and they gave me a number to ring to have the phone repaired. I had to post it and they returned it. The explaination they gave was that "the VK software had to be updated ". Hope this helps a few of you where your phones are still under warranty!
