my friend's phone siemens c62 has a problem. it indicates signal and can detect the network but it cannot transmit or receive calls and sms. it can make an sms but in many trials. when i cancel its barries...it indicates network error. and when i make a call it says "no service ". i already tried different sim cards. my diagnosis is it got its problem when somebody unlock his phone.
