it seems i have the same problem that many others have - can't get my d600 to connect to the pc. have tried 2 different pcs. on the one, under devices, i can see the phone, but the studio software continually displays 'not connected'. very frustrating.also, where are the answers on this site? i only see questions.judy

very trivial question, but i bought this phone for my boss who is a tad eccentric. he is complaining that the engage tone you get is only one tone then it cuts the line, instead of the usual three or more rings. i have found out this is a phone problem not a network problem. do you have a code that will extend this tone?thanks

k guys i figured out how to connect my phone to my pc....a few attemps and hours later!!! first off if you have already installed pc studio uninstall it and then restart your computer.....then put your cd in and reinstall the software but keep in mind that the usb driver does not install automatically with pc studio it is a separate download- i downloaded the usb driver first and then pc studio.....and make sure that while your doing this the usb cable is not connected to your pc only when you click on the usb icon do you connect the cable to your pc and then click connect and voila!! enjoy importing all your images and downloads onto your computer-hopefully it will work for u:)
