could someone please help me??? i have been desparately trying to download some "priceless " video.gp clips from my samsung d500 to my laptop computer but am having serious problems. i purchased a kitmobile pack (with usb cable & software) - when i installed this programme and downloaded a video clip from my mobile, windows media player would only play the sound from the video and not the picture. i was told that i needed to transfer the data via bluetooth using a dongle. so i swapped the kitmobile usb for a kitmobile dongle pack. i downloaded the video clip and got nothing. is there anyone out there who can help me with this, please?????
