i got a problem see i got my moto slvr l7 phone from my sister in the us(i am in panama) it s a cingular,now i got it to work down here but it has itunes and i do not have the software for it so i cant listen to ongoing music also had it connected to my computer as a flash drive and forgot to disconect on the computer and pulled out the cable now my camera does not function and it says that it is busy, what can i do ? i am told i can install a new program to it and elininate the cingular properrties as well as the itunes and install windows media but i do not know where to find the drivers please help.

i just bought the slvr l7 (i am 100 % sure it is the l7 slvr) but i don't seem to have itunes on it, it has a digital music player but that's it, nothing more. when i connect the phone to my pc, itunes automatically starts up, but no phone appears in the itunes window. what is the problem? and i also tried to upload mp3 format music just to the digital music player program and it is play failed. what's wrong? if there's no itune then the digial music player should play mp3 format songs!

i couldnt wait to get this phone. i called everyday to get one and i did yesterday. after i got it home i called my husband and he said i sounded muffled and hard to hear. so i then called my friend and she ask what phone are you on and i told her my new slvr and she said i sounded muffled so then i called other people to see what they said and they all said the same thing. so today i took it back and bought my 3rd razor. its alot better but i have had problems with the razor before but it does beat the slvr 10 to 1 as far as hearing.
